Here’s an entertaining Science Fiction short from 1990
It’s a darker take on Groundhog Day with a definite Twilight Zone feeling to it.

Ironically it’s about living the same hour over and over again, but it’s only 27 minutes long.

While there are plenty of good books out in the world, one place that you don’t find to expect much love is in licensed tales.  They’re usually disposable bits of fluff designed to scoop up nerds who can’t get enough of their favorite characters and are willing to wade through substandard side stories just to get another whiff of their fictional drug of choice. That’s why discovering Dan Abnett’s books set in the Warhammer 40K universe came as such a shock.

I mentioned Repo! The Genetic Opera here before, but the website was kind of crappy.
They’ve just upgraded it, and it looks pretty spiffy now.  Just in time for the movie!
 
Not sure if the movie is going to be great, but only time will tell.

After a long hiatus, the final season of Battlestar premieres tonight. I’ll be the first to admit that, while I like the new Battlestar, it isn’t my favorite TV show by a long shot.  It’s often good TV, and it’s obviously trying really hard, but I feel like the underpinnings of the story are all over the place.
